Research Interests: Laura Babcock is a MS student in General Linguistics. Her research interests include the brain bases of L2, differences between low and high proficiency L2 learners, and multiple aspects of L3 acquisition. Currently she is looking at age and length of residence effects on L2 acquisition within the declarative/procedural framework. In the future she hopes to examine L3 brain bases.
